Our Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy is very simple.

For band members, and parents/guardians of band members under 16, we have a separate privacy policy which you can see in the members' area of the website.

For everyone else, we may obtain your name and any contact details you give us in one of two ways.

  • If you send us a message using our website, or contact us in some other way, and supply contact details for us to respond to you.
  • If you opt in to receive information from us and supply contact details for us to let you know about our forthcoming events and other activities.

In the first case, we'll use your data only for corresponding with you, and we'll delete it as soon as it's no longer needed for that purpose.

In the second case, we'll use your data only for the purpose of sending you information that we believe will interest you. We'll also contact you periodically to confirm that you still wish us to hold your data and receive this information, and delete your data if you don't explicitly confirm that you wish us to do so.

We'll never store your personal data for any other reason, and we'll never pass your details to any third parties without your explicit consent, unless required to do so by law or in case of accident or emergency. You can ask to see the data we hold on you, or ask us to delete your details and stop sending you information, at any time.

If you opt in to receive information from us and we subsequently change this privacy policy, we'll ask you to explicity consent to us continuing to store your data, and delete it if we don't hear from you within three months.

Our Cookies Policy

Cookies are simply small files stored on your device by web sites, so that they can remember how you've interacted with the site.

We may, now or in the future, use cookies for one of the following reasons.

  • Providing you with information that's most relevant to you.
  • Remembering information you've entered in forms to save you typing it again in the future.
  • Generating aggregated information about how people navigate through our website, to help us make it easier to use.

We won't use cookies for any other reason, and we'll never include personal information in cookies. We won't allow any third party to set cookies through our website.

We'll assume we can set cookies once you interact with our website in any way (except for clicking a link to this page). You can also explicity accept the use of cookies. This will stop the cookie notice from being displayed at the bottom of each web page, and allow us to set cookies as soon as you visit the site, even if you don't interact with it.

If you explicitly accept the use of cookies and we subsequently change this cookie policy, we'll notify you the next time you visit our website, and give you the chance to explicity accept the use of cookies again.

You can prevent cookies from being set in your browser settings, but be aware this may reduce the usability of our website.
