The Warsash Band joined in with the Queen's Diamond Jubilee celebrations by providing live music to Strawberry Field picnickers.
Warsash residents turned out in force for the Jubilee picnic, and despite threatening clouds, the rain stayed away allowing them to enjoy a leisurely lunch accompanied by a varied programme of music.
As well as traditional music from all around the country, the band entertained the audience with marches and arrangements of popular classics including "One Moment in Time", "Guadalajara" and many others.
A collection to raise money for a commemorative Jubilee plaque raised over £200. The plaque will mark the site of a Jubilee oak tree kindly donated by Fareham borough council.
